Good morning all. I was wondering if someone could please help me with an issue. I originally had a stereo in my Yaris which didn’t have sat nav on it but I’ve recently got a sat nav module from eBay and I was wondering how I could get it to work please?

pre or post facelift ? Did you get the correct module type for your current radio, did it come with the cables and GPS antenna

Touch is 6 button and it uses the older style Nav module

the touch2 uses the later Nav with different cables

Some like to make use of what is already there, it's also bigger than a normal standalone one. Personally I wouldn't go through all that trouble, the position of the screen is not appropriate to use sat nav.

I use a standalone Garmin stuck to the screen for best of vision, just 4.3". Will be using it to visit Sissinghurst Castle Garden shortly. Good luck with it OP.

86842-12010 is the cable, and you will need a gps aerial (GT5-1s plug)

The sat-nav on my 2019 does the job but the graphics are a bit clunky the worst thing about my system is i have tried several times to get my phone to work with the map so i get live traffic  updates and i have failed so many times i gave up.

I will use google maps and android auto on my next Toyota.

I have used on of these in the past rather than stick the sat nav to the screen.
