front propshaft removal tc10r torago

I am in Oz where the estima is called a torago.

I have rebuilt and replaced the engine and seem to have a blockage in the oil galleries, I removed the oil pump cover to blast it backwards with compressed air and so removed the harmonic balancer pulley and oil filter housing and the front propshaft couplers were very worn the one by the engine came apart as the rubber was broken, I ordered new ones.

The problem is the shaft is fused to the coupler, I took off all the bolts and the three metal tubes where the bolts go through the rubber parts are integral to the end of the shaft, at the front they aren't broken enough to get the propshaft free like I did at the front. I can cut off the tubes, the new bolts fit inside them, and then attach the coupler but I am dumbfounded as to how to decouple the front end of it even though I have stripped the bolts and mounting bits back from around it and all the bolts are out the rubber is fused in all six holes to metal, how do I separate the front coupler?
