2012 RAV4 4wd Stays on

I recently had my throttle body cleaned up due to idle problems. I also had the horn part that goes inside the steering wheel changed(see the picture). Now the 4wD stays on I had my mechanic put the scanner to see if there were any codes and nothing. Then I tried disconnecting the Battery for a couple of hours but the light stays on. Could any of those repairs had anything to do with it? Or this a completely new problem and had nothing to do with it?
