ULEZ Compliant?

After substantial investigation, I have uncovered the future new ULEZ and clean air electric vehicle which will be unveiled in the near future and it comes with either a 1L or 2L option with a top speed of 10mph.

Range 10 miles between charging.

It is totally pollution free with zero carbon emissions providing the driver does not indulge in various curry dishes the night before.

Owners will not have to worry about range anxiety as with the future of us living within the 15 minute cities and no exit barriers installed will be no more then 3 miles from any town centre.

It comes fully air conditioned as it does not have a roof.

The small storage boot at the back has room for either the 1litre or 2 litre version of bottled water, depending on the owner's choice.

Yearly car tax will be zero but will require an annual MOT test which can only be carried out and certified by a local approved council test centre. Cost of this test will be levied by the council at a nominal cost of £2500 per year.

Charging points will be readily available for all vehicles and located at approved parking spaces only. Cost of charging will be included with parking charges at a nominal fee of £20 per 10 minutes.

Recovery breakdown will be automatically included and should the owner breakdown, the camera's and drones that cover every inch of the roads will identify you through digital facial recognition and alert the nearest recovery vehicle.

Due to the simplicity of the design, all recovery council vehicles will carry all spares on board. Owners will not have to be concerned regarding the spares cost as this will be automatically be deducted via the digital currency direct access to your bank account.

The council's leaders did ask the opinions of the local community or if they had any objections to this new environmental vehicle initiative. Questionnaires had been sent out to all households via email during the daily power cuts. They reported that the public were in total agreement as they had not received any replies, so this was unanimously carried forward.😅
