DPF problems

Our 2015 invincible which we bought last year has been pouring white/greyish smoke out. We were initially told it was the dpf regenerating...Had it into our local garage and the said dpf is fine but might be 5th injector...However after a long journey to see if that would solve problem which of course it didn't we took it to Toyota . We were shocked when they said dpf needs replacing @ £4200 for dpf and total for job £8000...could be more if the have to do 5th injector...and I am not convinced that would be the end of problems. I know the part would be expensive but where do the £3800 relate to ...? labour charges??? Don't really know what to do as we paid £16000 for truck 10 months ago . Any advice would be appreciated. Truck was purchased from a non Toyota dealer with only a month's warranty...
