Loos cable with 20a fuse near battery

Hi All, I just found a loos cable near the Battery that has a 20a fuse. one end is joining a cable loom at the back of the Battery and the other end has fork crimp terminal loos not connoted to anything.

Any idea what's this cable is used for and where it should be connected to.

Give us a clue ???

The car may have had an under seat sub in it, look under the seats
