Rattle coming from heated seat control switch panel

Hi all, see attached photo circled, my rav is rattling from this area when going over bumps, if i press on the panel circled in red, it completely stops. When I let go it comes back.

 

It looks like the black plastic surround should come off but i'm not brave enough to try. Can anyone advise if it comes off easily so I can put some anti rattle tape underneath?

It will be clipped from the rear, take the complete trim out to save any damage

Tesa tape works well for reducing panel noise

I had the panel out and there‘s no sign how it would unclip from the rear sadly
