RAV 4 Up to 10k not too high miles. Prefer blue.

Looking for something that has been looked after.

and the one "we" saw today was rusty under neath and had wet carpets so not encouraged.

Is it normal for 2011 Rav 4 five doors to have rust underneath? Granted "only" surface rust, but once it is present it never goes away regardless how much one spends on it.
