TOC Dealership Service Discounts: Are they discontinued?

As I have just bought a 1 year old car without a service plan attached (37 delivery miles only btw), I enquired with my local Toyota dealership as to whether they offered service/parts discount to Toyota Owners Club (premium) members. Their reply was they believed the scheme was terminated last year? That said, upon further investigation they were able to confirm that the 'Lexus Gold Membership', over at the Lexus Owners Club was still showing as active and offered discounts, so were curious as to why nothing was showing with Toyota.
Can anybody confirm whether Premium Membership to TOC still offers Discounts on Service Parts at participating dealerships?

The Toyota discount to Premium Members is still active as the service plan is parallel with Lexus.
The Relax warranty plan was introduced some time ago and this disrupted the discount to members as the dealerships could not make a profit through offering the warranty free of charge through the annual service. As a result of this, they dropped the discount on servicing but still offered discounts on parts, labour and accessories (different discounts through each individual dealership). Some of the deals offered may have changed over time so please confirm validity with your chosen dealership.

As is suggested in the T&Cs of the Premium Member dealer discount, it is advised to confirm beforehand with the dealership that a discount may be applied before committing to any purchase of goods or services to ensure there is no ambiguity when paying the bill.
