Where can i get the software and instruccions?

Reinstall or update, does the unit boot ?

What is your current version (settings - General - System information) ? It should start with XE or HE,

Do you have sat nav?

Doesnt boot. The scroll bar dont go until the end.

I dont know the version.

Dont have sat nav.

It can not be reinstalled, a boot loop or failed boot is usually a sign of failing memory or a jump start gone wrong - replace the unit, 100-150 euros used

Hello, ive bought a new one MODEL 86140-0D320.

But this one has GPS and my old one doesnt have GPS.

Where can i get cables to connect the GPS of this one?

That is the GPS plug that goes to the Nav module

if you just have the touch2 (DA) without Nav you do not a GPS socket
