Auto lock when car reaches speed

My wife has a Verso which automatically locks the doors when the car reaches a certain speed. Is there something similar for the Auris as I am unable to find it in the owners manual.

Bizarrely, the Verso is one of the few Toyotas that have this built in; To my knowledge no other model made in the last decade has this. I don't know why.

There are ODB2 plugs that can add this feature for some models, but they are generally bodges by random chinese companies so very much YMMV.

*Your mileage may vary, i.e. might work but also might blow the car up

Hi Brian, No there is nothing on my Auris that auto locks the doors at a certain speed. However my wife found a sure fire way to do this and that was to say to me lock the ******doors before we go.Funny works every time.

Our 2012 T27 Avensis had it, but I've never driven any other Toyota which did.
