96 Corolla 1.6 no spark. Has old dusty security system….

No start situation- originally had good compression, spark and fuel at the rail. Was a bit of a mystery lol. Changed the CPS, the Ignition module, and my son pulled a bunch of wires out from under the dash revealing a rats nest associated with an old alarm system. Was farting around with the car today- checking the relays etc. thought I would go through the basics again and now don’t have spark….any help would be appreciated!
