HILUX 2021 chain problem

Hello, in 2021 I bought a new HILUX 2.8 invincible from (Sofia Bulgaria), for several days I have been hearing a strange noise (rattling) in the morning when the engine is cold. Today I was at the Toyota dealer and they found that it is a problem in the timing chain, the car is 40,000 km away. I want to ask if anyone has had the same problem?

The car is serviced only at a Toyota service center, I monitor the oil level and it is always normal. It turned out that with almost the same kilometers and the same year of production, there is a car in the service center with the same problem. I guess the cars made in South Africa this year have a factory defect.
