Cover art

Hello, I have the 2023 updated infotainment system in my Corolla.  This week I had an update but since then the cover art for radio song no longer shows on the screen. I have checked the settings and they are still turned on, but only the radio station names is being shown not any cover art. I understand that this is only a small issue, but any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

There are a few possible reasons why you might not be displaying cover art after a software update:

A bug in the software update: It's possible that the software update you installed contains a bug that is preventing cover art from being displayed. You can try checking for any available software updates from Toyota and installing them.

The way you're accessing your media: The way you're accessing your media (e.g., through bluetooth, USB, etc.) could be affecting how cover art is displayed. Try using a different method to access your media and see if that makes a difference.

Given that you have the latest 2022 infotainment system in your Corolla and the cover art issue arose after a recent software update, it suggests a potential software bug introduced by the update.
