MyToyota App stop tracking during service

I go to authorized service center with my car Toyota Yaris Cross. It was the first time one year warranty service, after buyng the car.  Later I have checked in my Android application tracking data for my car. It was very strange. Data were missing not just after workshop, but even my back drive from service center. There were missing minimally 2 tracks of car, time interval  about 4 hours. All data later were recorded.

Until now I was satisfied with application My Toyota and data were transmitted reliably. I do not know what to think about. Was it in purpose or random.

I believe it is a feature not a fault.  It means you can go and do naughty things without your other half finding out.
