Water leak on top of drivers side of Yaris

A while ago I noticed water building up in the top of the door frame of the drivers side in my 2009 Yaris. I took it to get checked out and got the windscreen taken off and resealed. A few days later it was leaking again so I bought a new door seal and put that on. That seemed to work for a couple days however water is somehow still getting in. I have no idea where its coming from as its not leaking down my car it was build up in one section of the top of the frame and drips down.
