Need help with MOT advisory

Hi folks. Had my MOT done recently and got the following advisory:

rear diff mounting bush excessively deteriorated

I spoke to a garage and they suggested I change the whole mount and quoted around £300. I also searched online and found these parts:

Looking at the whole mount its got 2 bushes but the MOT person hasn't mentioned which one I need to change and the above website itself only seems to sell the front bush. Can anyone advise what I need to change please and should I replace the whole mount or is changing the bush sufficient?

Just going by the picture both bushes look similar so I would phone the supplier. As all the bushes are the same age if its possible I would change all four from both LH and RH. In order to change the bushes which are most likely pressed in do you have the equipment to be able to change them? We used to change the void bushes on ford cortinas as we had the tool to do it.
