Are you going for a Toyota upgraded radio with the Sat nav integrated or a aftermarket head unit that fits in the hole? 

If it's a aftermarket HU Then it could be a plug for plug direct replacement or a ISO loom, Toyota cabling to the ISO to the aftermarket HU. 

Whatever, it's a breeze to change,you can't go wrong.
