Has anyone any tips for getting the plastic cover off the front bumper?

Hi Steve, not knowing the exact bumper design. Have you tried looking on YouTube,there are a number of videos with bumper removal that may show how the plastic cover comes off. Its worth a look to see.Type this in to YouTube,1998 Toyota Hiace front bumper cover removal" or "How To Change Toyota Hiace Front Bumper".Hope it helps.:smile:
