always change 1-the oil/filter at recommended intervals, 

                                    a-I always use Mobil 1, expensive but worth it

2-check brakes pads and fluid levels every 50,000 miles

3-new spark plugs at 100,000 or < always use Iridium

4-look at the serpentine belt every 10,000 for wear and replace when needed.

I hope to get a minimum of 300,000 out of this car, as that is what I usually obtain from my Japanese vehicles (except the motorcycles)
