2003 4runner Interior Lighting Delay

I know it's kind of silly, but I would like to find out how to change the interior lighting "ramp-up / ramp-down" timing in my 2003 4Runner when entering / exiting the vehicle. I like the "theater lighting" effect - I'd just like to change it a little.

Is this possible? Given the extensiveness of the programming ability of the system I'm sure it's possible. The manual says to take it to the dealer, but I'd rather have the ability to do it myself. I've searched the 'Net to no avail.

you have to take it to the dealer, so he can customize it for you... it is done via toyota computer so you have to do it there...
