Yeah Im pretty sure thats what Ive heard. Probably the reason that cars like the Ferarri and also the Mk3 MR2 dont have them (Im sure there are other cars but I cant think of any).

cool. i just though popups were "old" now and not a modern smooth look to cars hence the reason they werent done anymore.

cos the rx-7 was in production til 2002... or is the rule different for jap cars

Yeah agreed the pop-ups are cool on the MR2, my only criticism is that they can make the front look a bit cuddly. I notice some people drive round in the daytime with their lights up, lol. Only use mine at night.

Pop ups are one of the Mk1 or 2's bonus points and I aint gonna take that away from my baby!

Damn I need a set of Rev6 lights now.
