Vibrations In Land Cruiser Prado 2001

Hi,

I have a 2001 land cruiser prado luxury, in almost new condition, went through 40,000 mile.

Everything is just fine with it, except for one phenomenon, when the engine runs in the range of approximately 1400-1800 RPM, there is a high frequency vibration accompanied by a buzz, when i increase and decrease the RPM in this range, and the engine doesnt work 'smoothly'. this happenes when the car is moving, and also when the car is not moving.

after the car was examined by professionals, the engine and other systems were found to be just fine.

does anybody else had this problem? how did you get it fixed?
