Dear Sir's!

Maybe you've seen the below fault previously?

Any help is much appreciated, can afford the spares (just) but do the work myself.

Dear Previa owners!

My 1992 Previa 2.4 GL manual has idle issues!

When cold it stalls (unitl my foots been on the right pedal!) when hot it idles @ 1500 rpm (costly MPG).

I checked the idle adjustment screw to which I discovered it was wound in fully (minimum idle). All in all I would guess the cold start injector is running when not required and not running when it is required???

A Toyo. dealer gave me a clue being to two temperature sensors on the cyclinder head not sensing the correct temperature which leads to incorrect mixture thus giveing the idle problem.

As I have no engine check light illuminated I would pressume the sensors can't be completey...broken.

If anyone can give me a clue it would be much appreciated as im not relying on my non-specialised place of purchase to fix it under warranty.
