Interior Door Mirror Cover

Hi.. does anyone have the little panels that hide the bolts of the door mirror on the inside of the Yaris. I have a 1.0l GS 2001 model.. i have just fitted a set of M3 mirrors, but as thes don't have the adjuster arm on the inside i am left with the panels with the holes in them. I assume the models with electric mirrors will have the same panel without the hole. If anyone has these to spare.. i would be interested in buying them.
