Didnt see this part of forum. i posted on the general discussion part.

If i was to import a newish car from japan, would it be a challenge to get it for uk road use? i heard ESVA is strict now & the model report & if the engine is unmodified would the emission be ok? i notice lots of japanese cars the last few yrs with Badge U-LEV, thats ultra low emission vehcle.

What process do i have to go for UK road use? Or would newish grey imports be a no no since the ESVA?
