Hi

Just wondering if anyone belongs to JEMCA's Rewards programme. Joined during last year and today was the first time I used it. One of the benefits says a 12% discount on labour and parts of wear and tear items. Car serviced today and I got no discount on anything (except reduced Club Toyota membership which was handy). Picked up car late so didn't have tome to argue the toss. Anyone else a member or know the T&C's on this?

knowing Toyota perhaps they exclude servicing and the reductions apply on any work like body repairs?

I'm not familiar with the programme though..thats just an idea :unsure:
