Not that I know of, but you could import a RHD one from Japan.

I know they sell the Highlander in Japan, including the hybrid version.

Highlander is called "Kluger" there though.

I think we need a hybrid city car - like a hybrid Yaris or Smart Car.

I also think Toyota should be looking at plug in hybrids with bigger batteries. Looks like some 3rd parties are but it will void the Toyota warranty. Think of it...going to work on electricity priced at Economy 7 rates but longer journeys use the 'traditional' hybrid configuration. Bring it on :D

Highlander/Kluger V not destined for Europe, but basically the same as Lexus RX 400h.

Hybrid city cars not viable due to weight/size/cost of hybrid parts taking up more of the space/price of the car and small diesels just as efficient.

Not sure about these plug in hybrids, not least as you need somewhere to plug them in (you can't just use a 13 amp plug) and from the old electric car research they proved you make more CO2, albeit at the power station, generating the electricity than a petrol engine would for the same range. We'll see.
