I would be interested to heart if anyone has heard of any local authorities offering any kind of incentive for hybrid or low emmission vehicles in town centres. Whilst I have heard of a number of councils reviewing policy on 'official cars' I have only heard second hand of one council proposing some kind of action for the driver and I never heard the final outcome.
