Toyota Or Ebc

HI,

my pads need changing on my corolla soon, i have been quoted £83 for front and rear pads by toyota and £100 from EBC, but are the EBC green stuff pads worth the extra money?

IMHO, I would stick with standard, simply becuase I'm happy with them.

However, if they're anything to go by, the reviews seem to be quite good for the EBC pads, and their motorcycle brake pads are also very good.

i thought the red stuff was for high performance cars, unless the the 1.6 E12 corolla is a high performance car, lol :D

unless your going racing get green because from cold red are crap.

If they make it for your car then my rec would be ferodo ds2000. if not mintex/pagid fast road.

The greenstuffs are better than standard toyotas, harder wearing, cheaper (if ur gold and use ur discount) and create virtually No brakedust... fine on the back, but if you want performance - go for endless pads on the front - all of the above, but amazing brakeing!
