does anyone know of a piece of software which allows you to record internet radio and then also allows you to copy it to cd?

Sony Soundforge does the trick,

it captures any and all sound that goes thro your soundcard,

very simple to use and can save captured files to mp3

Then just use nero or any other burning software.
