Adding A Multifunction Steering Wheel?

I was just wondering if anyone out there can tell me anything about adding a multifunction steering wheel to a corolla that didnt originally come with one... i think it should be possible... and im not asking for cruise control or anything, just audio controls...... for now! lol

But if any one has any idea whether thats even feasable, or wat i might be needing, i was thinking of buying the multifunction steering wheel of a toyota 2006, and wiring it on.. but any and all help is appreciated

The only thing I can think of is to get a stereo which has a remote control - some are very like another steering wheel control stalk.
