How do i get my car running,

I've fitted a remote start to the car, and it cranks over, but don't fire, it's ok on the key, and i've tried taking the chip outta the key and putting it by the trioredial coil (aerial on the ignition barrell) and i't don't work :S

Can you be sure that the transponder from the key is in the right position?

I presume that the ignition key will still start the car with the transponder in its 'new' place?

i've not bothered fitting it anymore, i was getting too stressed, to i fitted a turbo timer instead :) handy little thing, i can run the car on hot/cold days and set to temp on the car and it'll warm/cool the interior, whilst i have a shower/ get ready..... no more cold days or sweltering hot ones :D
