Ae92 + Ae86 Swaps

Hello all!

I may be buying an ae86, are their any vitals that i can swap out of my ae92?

It hurts that ae92 go for pennies these days - i'd prefere to recycle her as much as possible than sell for something i know she's worth so much more than.

The hi-torque engine!

I dont think the high torque engine is a worthwhile swap. The power difference is negligable for the effort and also the TVIS engine in my opinion feels more responsive probably due to the intake manifold being larger than the non TVIS.

U could allways just swap the head dude, there are some pages on the web saying that it is worth while using the ae92 head on the 86!

Well I don't know enough about the engine differences to say exactly why the late 4AGE is better, but if Knowlson says so!
