Uprated Anti Roll Bars

Want to reduce body roll but not lower my car, can uprated anti roll bars be fitted with standard shocks and springs? If so does it still do a good job of reducing the roll?

The bars ive seen available are 18mm and 20mm (both available in adjustable and non-adjustable)

What is the difference between adjustable and non-adjustable, is it worth paying extra for the adjustables and what size would be recommended.

Car is a 1995 Corolla 1.6Si.

Thanks in advance for your help.

yes they can be fitted with std springs and shocks.

unless your using the car for track days then 18mm will be fine and may be baest to go for the adjustable one as you can the andjust the efficency of the bar, basicaly there are 3 holes where the bar conects to the drop links, moving it to the inner holes increases the efficiency and out decreases it

Thanks, so it will be better to get adjustables.

I will be using the car on the road only.

What will be the main diiference between the 18mm and 20mm bars and which one is it worth getting as there is a small difference in the price.

bigger bar = more anti roll effort. however going too stiff can cause handling probs. too stiff on the rear will make the car oversteer, too stiff on the front will make it understeer. if its for the rear then 18mm will be fine unless you have a ton of ICE in the boot :)
