I saw this advertised in a magazine that I subscribe to.

Has anyone ever used this product and does it work?....................anyone have any comments. (Good or Bad)

It seems like a good product to use for "cleaning up" at meets etc. where you sometimes have no access to water.

Have you used it in your previous job or heard of it Kimi?

My brother has some system like that, he bought it at a motor show and said it works fine. he does not use it all the time, but I have seen the result and it seems fine.

Steve,

i've never heard of it mate but that's not saying its not any good.

my thought's on it are i wouldnt use it ;)

you only have to pick up a tiny bit of dirt on your sponge when washing your car

the normal way with water, and it can do hell of alot of damage

So washing your car dry just dont add up in my mind

Anyway its marks job these days ,,,,,i've retired

I was with what Kimi said too and my frugal brother discussed this with the chap and apparently he managed to convince my brother about this issue. As I said he has a system and uses it on occasion, but always takes it with him to meets, he goes to a lot of scottish VAG stuff, rolling road days and the like and said it is ideal for that. He does however use the old hose method a lot, but that could be because he has one in his drive and is a tight person.

Me, well I am that tight I aint even buying one. If I get to a meet dirty then so be it

Thanks for those thoughts Martin.

I would only use it for those occasions when I wanted to "top up" the shine..................after a trip to a meet.................but like you I am unsure that I would want to spend my money :o when a bottle of water and a microporous cloth could be carried in the back of the car
