It's in Worminghall near Oxford. It is a rally taster so probably not as big as yours but I am looking forward to improving my handbrake turns for when I'm in my post van ;)

That looks ace :) Muchos sideways fun to be had I'm sure...

Speaking of which, I just booked myself on this, looks like it could be entertaining. Anyone else fancy it (you'll need a RWD car)?

Preferably one that doesn't fall over :)

If you look on YouTube for Oulton Park drifting you'll get a few vids of the day so you can see what's what.

They actually use the tarmac rally stage on the infield of Oulton Park, rather than the circuit itself. You go once through the stage and then join a queue to go out again so people can't just hog one of the spots on track the whole time. I don't know how many cars there are, but the queues don't seem to get too long.

I've talked to a few people that have been on it and they all really enjoyed it, its not too hard on cars or tyres as the surface is worn very smooth (from people screaming round it in Evos and Scoobies all day probably) and they keep it watered too. Your car will get quite impressively dirty though!

Big thanks to Anne/Les and Mo for coming along to take the pish... :P

Was an alright day... was expecting a lot more as the course was very tight so you couldnt get any real speed up!

I even got beaten by a girl.. :P

Well im dissapointed if im honest... The instructor i was stuck with was so damn conservative and wanted to waffle all the way through!

He wanted to teach how to get round the track using the hand brake whereas i wanted to brake traction using the gas pedal!

There were 2 instructors and the other chap seemed to be more of a laugh as his students were all over the place as he just egged them on to have fun! (as it should be)

The course was tight and small and as it had been raining it was really boggy.

All in all it could have been a lot better... that will teach me to get my hopes up! :!Removed!:

Had much more fun taking my old MR2 turbo on track at Bruntingthorpe
