Help Required...with CEL CODE please

P0443 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction

So.. the Yaris has a fault.. the code and code reading as above,... the question is.. what exactly is the problem and how do i fix it?

I tried searching web mate but no look, doesnt seem like common fault!

I can't seem to find anything usefull on the net either... but the problem is in the EVAP system, with the purge control valve circuit.. so what i need to know is..

where is the purge control valve?.. It could be a problem with a loose connecton as it is stated as a circuit malfunction.

It could also be that the seal has gone on the fuel cap (will listen for the hiss next time i take it off) or one of the vacuum hoses needs cleaned out... anyone able to shed a little more light.. please?
