Roof Rails

HI ALL

I have ordered a new t180 with all options except i forgot the roof rails i was wondering if any one

knows how much they.? thanx.......and good site not to many winger s

I paid about £250 for silver ones from Toyota, the garage you got the car from should give you £10% discount on accessories, if you go and find your sales man.

I got the silver ones to contrast against the Graphite car, i think it looks good. I'd seen avensis and Audis with contrasting bars and liked them. The black ones are cheeper by about £50. There is a company on E bay which does black (replica)bars. Search 'rav 2006 roof bars' they are a lot cheaper than the genuine parts.

I fitted mine myself which is easy as the bolt holes are covered with a little plastic blanking plate and the holes are already threaded.

eanjohn.I boought a XT-R in January ( Carbon Quartz)and had the rails fitted by the dealer.They cost 275 Pounds fitted.I understand that the price included a standard labour charge of 1/2 an hour.Presumably they would cost considerably less if you fitted them yourself. Incidentally I chose black to go with the C.Quartz,you pays you money and you takes your choice!
