Tns300 To Tns310 Upgrade

I've seen previous postings that mention software updating the TNS300 to TNS310 is a simple process. Can someone tell me how to do this. This will be my first upgrade when I collect my Avensis on Friday. Updated post - question was rubbish Thanks for all the replies!
