What year did the side air bags come in? I just bought a Rav 4 2002 thinking it had them and I was wrong! :crybaby:

Fairly sure it was the last facelift of the 4.2.

In other words the one with the teardrop headlights and round foglights in the lower bumper. I think yours will have the oblong foglight and indicator stacked in the bumper.

Still a good car though.
