He could also try losing weight, wearing light or little clothing and not taking passengers or other items.

Also try adding a few go faster stripes

he's super skinny anyway. gonna rip out his seats and stuff. took him to a car show and he fell in love with modified cars, so he's letting me loose on his car, which is cool
