Stereo Removal From Picnic?

Does anybody know how to remove the old factory fitted stereo from an S reg toyota picnic? (2001?)

Halfords suggested a bolt to be unscrewed at the back (located via the glove box), but I can't find a bolt. Very keen to install new cd player. Thanks.
