Tech Pack For 2006 T3-x?

How do I tell if the T3-X I'm buying includes the tech pack? It's a 2006 face-lift model.

Is this pack available to fit (preferably myself) still - I understand it's no longer available for newer models? If so, which parts do I need, and where is the best place to buy them? I've seen a few places selling a Toyota bluetooth kit that fits to the dashboard - did anyone have the factory fitted tech pack on a T3-X - if so, does it include the dashboard module or is it steering wheel controlled?

From reading this forum I'm still confused about whether the bluetooth module is controlled from the steering wheel or not in this model. Like with the iPod Integration kit, official information is non-existent.

I'm not too worried about the DAB radio (I rarely listen to radio) - are the DAB radio and bluetooth kits actually separate or do they have to be installed together?
