Jap Mr-s Speaker Replacement?

Hi, Could someone please tell me the size of Speakers needed to replace the 2 door panel Speakers and tweeters. Also links to good current deals on the market. Is it easy to swap these Speakers? Any how-to's with tools required? Also do any of the pre-made sub boxes fit in the storage space well? Or do I have to make something up? I also have a tomtom that requires an aux in cable linked through the dash. Is this easy to find a route? Many thanks in advance.
