Yes if you either host them elsewhere (e.g. Photobucket) or else have a paying membership in which case I believe you can load them to the TOC server.

Either way you then use the picture button to insert your picture (underneath the s of Fonts in the post menu) or else manually insert IMG tags.

Do it like this.. but obviously inserting the URL where the picture is hosted.
