89 Camry No Accelaration

I was wondering if anyone has ever come across this problem. I have an 89 camry that just crawls up to about 35 kmh before it will properly accelerate. When in park if i press the gas down it will die out but if i let up on the pedal it will rev normally. I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, rotor, and cleaned out the throttle body but still no improvement. Its like its not getting enough air or maybe too much fuel????
