Dual Din For Toyota Avensis 03

I am looking for a dual Din (180mm x 100mm) for Toyota Avensis TS-3 (2003) model.

I have looked almost everywhere but to no avail.

CAn anyone point me in the right direction please. First I thought there may not be enough space to install a dual din fascia and frame but after measuring it there is more than enough space to remove the existing (factory) stereo and install new dual din (7" x 4") frame and fascia.

But where do I get one ???????
