Avensis In Need Of A Check Up

My other half has a 1.6 avensis. It has run for the last 9 months or so trouble free bar a leaking radiator that I've patched up. Its done 180k milees. :unsure: Engine management light is now on and has been for a month or so but with no problems ;)

Figure I should get it serviced or something just to keep it running even though I have no intention of keeping it after it becomes uneconomical.

What things should I get check out to keep it ticking over for another few months?

Oil change, filter

Spark plugs?

Check suspension shocks etc?

Pads and disks?

What else?
