Hilux Tacho's And Clutch's

I need a tacho fitting in my hilux. Who's the best people to see? Where do they fit a tacho? What cost are involved with fitting a tacho? Also i think the clutch ( and possibly flywheel) is on its way - is there a heavy duty clutch i can fit? could this also be they reason why it doesnt go as well as my 1998 one?
